How to request a return or refund
- Email theteam@vaginalprobiotics.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return (optional; we don't require a reason, but it helps us improve).
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Products do not need to be returned unless specifically requested by our team.
- We accept returns on opened products; you do not need to finish a full pouch to request a refund.
- Refunds apply to the product price. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at theteam@vaginalprobiotics.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping if applicable.
