1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding Australian and Thai public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and a dispatch notification with tracking information once it has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3. International Shipping

Feminine Balance ships internationally. International delivery times and costs vary by destination. At checkout, international shipping costs will be calculated based on your location. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority — these are outside our control and are not included in our shipping charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch (Australia) or 25 business days (international), please contact us at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at theteam@customersupport.care — we can often amend addresses before dispatch.
